Post-construction cleaning in Plano & DFW

New builds and renovations leave fine dust on every surface. We handle both phases: the rough clean that clears the site and the final clean that makes it handover-ready.

Post-construction cleaning is detail work on a deadline. Drywall dust settles into every corner, vent, track, and fixture, keeps resettling for hours after the first pass, and doesn’t come out with a quick sweep. We do the methodical work that gets a space ready for photos, inspection, or opening day.

We work with builders, general contractors, property managers, and owners across Plano, Frisco, North Dallas, and the wider metroplex, on commercial build-outs, tenant improvements, residential construction, and renovations.

Documented handover

A written scope you can show the owner or inspector, with photos on request.

Rough clean versus final clean

We do both phases, and knowing which one you need makes the quote and schedule far more accurate.

A rough clean happens mid-project, usually after framing, drywall, and the dustiest trades finish. It clears debris and bulk dust so finish trades can work safely. It isn’t a presentation-level clean, and it isn’t meant to be.

A final clean is the detailed pass before handover, inspection, photography, or opening. Fine dust comes out of vents, window tracks, cabinet interiors, and light fixtures, and adhesive and paint spots come off finishes. On larger projects both phases are worth budgeting; on a single remodeled suite the final clean is often enough.

Punch-list preparation

A punch walk is much easier on a clean space. Dust hides scratches, residue, and finish defects, so items get missed and argued about later. Scheduling the final clean before the punch walk usually shortens the list.

Frequently asked

Post-Construction Cleaning questions, answered straight.

Do you offer rough cleans as well as final cleans?

Yes, we do both. A rough clean mid-project clears debris and bulk dust so finish trades can work safely. A final clean is the detailed pass before handover, inspection, or opening.

How much does post-construction cleaning cost?

Pricing depends on square footage, which phase you need, dust load, window count, and finish sensitivity. We quote from a walkthrough or a set of plans plus your handover date. Rough and final cleans are quoted separately so you can budget each phase.

When should post-construction cleaning be scheduled?

Schedule the rough clean after the dustiest trades finish, typically after drywall. Schedule the final clean after all trades are complete but before the punch walk, inspection, or photography.

Do you haul away construction debris?

We clean up construction residue and debris as part of the scope. Bulk material removal and dumpster hauling are a separate trade, so arrange those before we arrive.

Can you clean specialty finishes?

Yes. Natural stone, custom millwork, specialty flooring, and architectural glass need the right products and take longer. Flag them when you request a quote so we scope the time correctly.
