How quickly can a unit be turned around?
Most standard units are cleaned in a single visit once maintenance and paint are finished. With notice from your move-out calendar, we can often clean within a day or two of the unit vacating.
Do you coordinate with our maintenance and paint crews?
Yes. If we clean before punch-list repairs or painting are done, the unit needs cleaning twice. We work with your maintenance lead so we arrive after the dusty work and before the walkthrough.
How do we know a unit is actually ready?
Every unit is worked from the same written make-ready checklist, and we text you when it is done. If you want photos of a finished unit, just ask.
What if a unit fails our walkthrough?
Tell us within 24 hours and we’ll come back and fix it at no charge.
Do you shampoo carpet?
No. We vacuum carpet thoroughly, including edges and corners, but deep carpet shampooing isn’t part of our scope. We schedule around your flooring vendor.
