Modern Mop Cleaning Services was founded on a simple idea: cleaning should be something you never have to think about, because it’s simply handled — reliably, consistently, and with proof.
Modern Mop is owner-led. I’m Gary Ramsay, and I’ve spent more than 15 years hands-on in cleaning. I started Modern Mop because the businesses I talked to weren’t asking for a cheaper cleaner. They wanted one who shows up, follows the checklist, and proves it.
Gary oversees every account personally. Every cleaner we assign passes a background check before their first visit, and every subcontractor must carry their own liability coverage. Every visit follows a written checklist, and if anything is ever missed, our satisfaction guarantee means we return to make it right within 24 hours.
